Semi-Permanent Make Up
Permanent make-up is a process where the dermal level of skin is infused with pigments. This infusion mimics perfectly applied make up. The process is widely used to give the appearance of being “made-up” constantly. Though it is considered permanent that is in comparison to normal cosmetics, the treatment actually lasts between 1-3 years, during which time the colour will begin to fade.
Permanent make up enhances your natural features so you can go about your everyday life, go to the gym or swimming without having to reapply your make-up. Permanent make up is also ideal for busy people, those with poor eyesight, an unsteady hand or who are allergic to traditional cosmetics.
Lip liner can be applied to lips to make them appear fuller and more youthful. The permanent liner helps to define the shape of the lips and adds colour across the lips to create the illusion of lipstick.
Eyebrows can be redefined, reconstructed or lengthened. Eyeliner can be added to the eyes to create a subtle lash enhancement a smoky shadow or a definite line. This can define the eyes and make them look bigger and brighter.
It is quickly applied with minimal discomfort and it is safe and hygienic. There is some minimal discomfort in the process but topical anaesthetics are used to solve this. Mild redness and swelling may be apparent for the first couple of days; however normal activity can be resumed immediately following the procedure.
